Complete a catering request form
You can annotate, print it and fill it and scan it back in, fill it out in crayon and send us a picture...it makes no difference to us. If you don't like forms, we can work with that, too! Just make sure that you include all of the information requested on the form and skip on down to the email.
If you saw something you liked in the Catering Guide or you've had a meal you enjoyed with us before and you want that menu, go ahead and put that in the Proposed Menu section.
Use the Additional Requests section to tell us about guests with dietary restrictions or extreme allergies, to add additional services such as linens, china, or bartending service, or to make other service requests.
We're catering during the day, so it may be hard to track us down on campus. We also want to make sure that we have all of your requests in one place, so we prefer to handle catering through email. When we have a menu and pricing for you, we'll send that back via email as well.
When you are satisfied with the menu choices and price, send us an email confirmation so that we can put your event on the books! Confirmations need to be submitted no later than 10 days prior to your event.
